Current Patients

If you are a current DTC patient, please utilize NextMd to schedule your appointment. Please note, if you have not been seen in over 3 years, you will be considered a “new patient” and will need to recomplete your new patient paperwork at your next visit. Regardless of this new patient status, you will be scheduled with the same physician that you have seen historically. Please note, follow up appointments are extended a 15 minute “grace period” for your appointment arrival time. However, if you 15 minutes or after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule.
