About Us

The Diabetes & Thyroid Center of Fort Worth (DTC) was established in 2007 with the motivation of providing compassionate, up-to-date and comprehensive medicine. Our board-certified endocrinologists are committed to practicing evidence-based medicine in order to give our patients care that is second to none. Since 2007, our practice has grown to include 8 providers and over 25 staff members. Since this time, DTC has serviced over 22,500 patients!

Dr. Lackan and Dr. Bajaj, our founding partners, began DTC with the vision of DTC becoming a world class diabetes center and a regional center of excellence for the treatment of thyroid cancer. With three locations, in-state and out-of-state patients, and excellent outcomes, DTC is well on its way to accomplishing this vision. DTC’s goal is to achieve excellence in all aspects of endocrinology care, therefore, not only do we provide expert care for your condition but we offer a wide variety of resources in house to meet your every endocrine need.
